The Creative Mirror
is the beginning.

Every level of Oikospace uses the same underlying principle: structured creative action as a path to direct experience and clarity. The difference between levels is depth, duration, and support.

This is simple. It just requires your attention.

Guided Creative Sessions

Workshop — in person or online

In-person and online workshops using painting, mark-making, and somatic awareness to create the conditions for presence, loosening, and reconnection. These are not art classes. There is no critique. The goal is experience, not product.

Creating Without Forcing

A guided session using simple painting exercises to help you move past resistance and reconnect with direct experience.

This is not about technique or results. It’s about noticing how you approach action — and shifting it.

Watercolor as Practice

A slower, more fluid session using watercolor to explore attention, rhythm, and letting go of control.

Watercolor naturally resists force.

This session uses that quality to shift how you relate to uncertainty.

Creative Reset

A deeper session designed for people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in transition.

We use structured creative practice to interrupt mental loops and reconnect you with clarity.

No prior experience needed.

2–3 hours ~ Santiago (in-person) ~ Online ~ English & Spanish

Sustain — Coming 2026

Ongoing Practice

A monthly structure for people who want to maintain a creative practice — with new exercises, live sessions, and a community of people doing the same work.

1:1 — intimate, private session

Private Work

For people navigating a significant transition, persistent creative block, or a life question they can't think their way through. This is for people who are ready to look directly at what is happening in their lives — not avoid it.

We work together using creative practice as a tool for clarity — not as art-making, but as a direct method of structured inquiry.

This is not coaching or therapy. It is structured creative inquiry with a guide.

3-session minimum ~ 60–90 min ~ Online ~ Investment on inquiry

Background

The work behind the work

Kristina Reddy holds an MFA from the New York Academy of Art and a BFA from Parsons School of Design. She has spent over a decade teaching at university level — working at the intersection of art, psychology, and perception.

Her practice spans multiple countries and contexts: academic, workshop-based, and private work with individuals navigating transitions. Based in Chile, with international presence in New York and Prague.

Oikospace is the distillation of that experience into something structured, accessible, and repeatable.
